The Opportunity:

Our Princeton, NJ location is seeking a

Senior Global Product Manager** for **iSTAT TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). Our Point of Care diagnostic portfolio spans key health and therapeutic areas, including infectious disease, cardiometabolic, informatics, and toxicology.

The person hired for this roleis responsible for driving global growth of the portfolio through strategic market shaping, commercialization excellence, and cross functional leadership for new-to-world innovative technology. This role will develop and execute global marketing strategies, shape clinical and health economic value narratives, expand market adoption, and deliver impactful commercial programs that enable regions to accelerate demand generation.

This leader will be accountable for uncovering customer insights, defining competitive positioning, building strategic partnerships, and orchestrating global launch and lifecycle strategies.

What you'll work on

  • Develop and lead the global marketing strategy to accelerate adoption and revenue growth of i‑STAT TBI across priority markets and care pathways

  • Lead market shaping initiatives and development of new markets to drive awareness and adoption of blood based TBI biomarkers beyond traditional hospital settings into front-line and decentralized care environments, including sports medicine and potential consumer-adjacent markets. Build and execute multi-year market‑shaping plans, including evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, policy/advocacy strategies, and targeted value‑messaging initiatives.

  • Identify global market expansion opportunities, unmet customer needs, and emerging trends in Point of Care Diagnostics in the Neurology space (i.e. TBI, stroke)

  • Translate voice‑of‑customer insights into product requirements and partner with R&D and upstream marketing to influence innovation strategy

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Health Economics teams to guide evidence roadmaps that support guideline inclusion, reimbursement, and clinical practice change.

  • Develop customer-facing tools that elevate awareness of TBI biomarkers and rapid clinical decision-making.

  • Lead cross‑regional alignment to ensure successful product adoption, coordinating launch readiness, forecast planning, commercial excellence, and channel strategy

Build relationships and strategic alliances with global KOLs, societies, trauma networks, military/DoD stakeholders, and advocacy groups to drive recognition of the technology

  • Develop and execute product education, publication, and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers.

  • Manage ongoing surveillance of emerging technologies and competitive activities

  • Build strong working relationship with regions and cross functional teams including Labeling & Packaging, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance and Operations.

  • The person hired will have Initiative and self-motivation; strong work ethic; leadership and team orientation; strong proactive interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with others; ability to work in a matrixed environment, strong cross-functional management by influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales or technical discipline

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation and listening skills with senior level staff).

  • Demonstrated track record of success in shaping the market through influencing guidelines, advocacy groups, and/or public policy

  • Demonstrated track record of success in portfolio management, product launches and commercialization.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestic and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business or life sciences discipline is preferred.

  • 2+ years with experience in a mix of diagnostics/medical device and/or consumer industry highly preferred

  • Possess strong project management skills, with proven ability to clearly define objectives, priorities, develop project plans, and manage to deadlines.

  • Understanding of the complexities of the diagnostics market and customer needs

  • Technical content experience, highly preferred

  • Global experience, highly preferred
