JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 主要职责/Key Responsibilities**：**

1.产品转移,新产品线上线等其他工厂关键的项目和项目集管理。

Project management for product transfer, new product launch and other site level key projects and programs.

1. 持续改进项目管理，开发内部程序和工具，并就新产品转移过程的改进向管理层提供建议，负责产品线管理及有效实施。

Continuous improvement to project management. Develops internal procedures and tools, and provides recommendations to leadership team on product line new created and transfer process improvement. Demonstrates commitment to the development, implementation and effectiveness of Product Line Management.

1. 合理运用可视化的项目管理工具，及时推动项目进度和业务决策，确保整个项目的成本和人力资源合理有效。

Appropriate application of visible project management tools driving timely project progress and business-based decisions, and make sure cost and people resources management in an effective manner through whole project.

4.根据项目规划及目标编制项目预算并定期跟踪管理，完成项目指标月底评估和预测。在项目前期完成投资回报率分析，完成RCE审批。在项目后期跟踪项目收益。

Develops and updates project budget, tracks actuals and assesses budget variations on a rolling basis. Performs investment return analysis of financial project for RCE approvals and updates project returns to align with business forecast.

5.同内外部业务伙伴有效合作，展现符合公司政策要求的良好形象。

Exhibit professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.

1. 利用积极和有影响力的沟通技巧，与高层领导、跨职能同事和外部合作伙伴进行沟通，从而获得领导力、组织信心和项目管理可信度。

任职资格/Job Requirements**：**

• 资格证书/Certificate：

项目或项目集管理相关证书为佳

Project or Program management certification preferred

外语技能/Foreign Language Skills：

良好的英文读写能力。

Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills in English

计算机软件技能Software Skills：

   熟练使用微软办公套装，包括项目管理和Visio。

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio.

教育背景/Education Background：

本科及以上学历、管理或工程相关专业者优先考虑Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in  management or engineering discipline preferred.

其它要求/Others：

有责任心，具有良好的团队合作、沟通和内外部相关方协调能力

Strong sense of responsibility, great with team work, communication and internal/external stakeholder coordination skills.
