The Opportunity

We are looking for a Demand Planner to support our Structural Heart business in the EMEA region. In this role, you will take ownership of the final geography demand forecast, allocation planning, and key analytics that help ensure product availability across a fast‑growing, innovative medical device portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage the final EMEA demand forecast, integrating lifecycle events such as new product launches, transitions, and end‑of‑life activities.
• Track and improve key demand planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory‑related metrics.
• Model field inventory dynamics to anticipate scrap or obsolescence risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Provide clear visibility on assumptions, risks, and opportunities and present these throughout the S&OP cycle.
• Translate Demand Review decisions into actionable plans for Supply Planning and commercial teams.
• Support allocation and scenario planning during constrained supply situations.
• Partner cross‑functionally across regions and functions to improve processes, tools, and overall forecast reliability.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment; medical devices is a strong advantage.
• Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable using planning systems (SAP APO DP, SNP, ECC are a plus).
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Green Belt are desirable.
• Collaborative, detail‑oriented, and able to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Willing to travel up to 10% within EMEA.
