We are seeking a senior Head of Supply Chain, ANZ to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. This role has full accountability for customer service performance, inventory and cost management, sales and operations planning, and third‑party logistics execution. You will lead teams and external partners to deliver reliable supply while balancing service, cost, and working capital.
Key Responsibilities
Own customer service performance across all ANZ channels, ensuring products are delivered on time and in full and service issues are resolved quickly
Lead Sales & Operations Planning, aligning demand, supply, and financial targets and translating plans into executable actions
Manage third‑party logistics partners, including warehousing, transport, and order fulfillment, with clear performance reviews, governance, and continuous improvement
Own inventory, cost, and working capital results, driving inventory optimization, expiry reduction, and cost‑to‑serve improvements
Ensure import and export compliance and accurate supply chain documentation for ANZ markets
Drive data‑led decision making, using dashboards and performance metrics to manage service, costs, and risks
Lead and develop the supply chain team, building a strong performance culture and cross‑functional collaboration with Commercial, Finance, and Quality teams
Experience & Profile
10+ years of end‑to‑end supply chain experience, with senior leadership responsibility in ANZ
Strong background in planning, customer service, inventory management, and logistics partner management
Experience within FMCG, healthcare, nutrition, or similar industries
Proven people leader with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
