JOB DESCRIPTION:

核心工作职责:

  • N R D L/PVBP\NVBP相关工作跟进,跟进国谈药准入、落地i收集集采规则;具备策略分析和风险预警解读并提供应对风险;
  • 影响和推动公司相关产品在医保、集采、医疗和价格政策相关的政策支持;
  • 区域政策解读;区域政策快速分析解读,及时提出产品风险预警,积极做好政策影响;
  • 客户管理;与医保局、卫健、各学协会建立良好的沟通、合作关系
  • 跨部门管理和良好的向上沟通;
  • 项目管理,项目设计、运作和实施,搭建全国/地方性准入项目平台;

职位要求:

  • 既往有过国谈/国家/区域N R D L、VBP工作经验,熟悉VBP业务能力
  • 药学专业优先
  • 拥有政策分析以及跨部门管理能力
  • 至少3年的政务工作经验,良好的客户基础
  • 有效的人际关系和沟通技巧
