Engineering Technician

The Role

As an Engineering Technician, you will support the reliability and performance of production and utility systems at our Olst manufacturing site. Working in full compliance with EHS, GMP, safety, and environmental regulations, you will play a hands‑on role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving technical installations.

Depending on your experience, the role may be more all‑round or more specialized, with opportunities to coordinate activities and support larger technical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform corrective and preventive maintenance
• Analyze recurring failures and implement structural solutions
• Support inspections, overhauls, modifications, and optimization activities
• Accurately document work activities in line with GMP requirements
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal colleagues and external contractors
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant workplaces before and during activities
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture on site

Your Profile

• Technical education (vocational diploma or equivalent) in mechanics, electrical, mechatronics, automation, or similar
• Experience in a production or regulated environment (pharma, food, medical devices is a strong advantage)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with safety procedures and technical documentation
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and quality‑driven mindset
• Good command of Dutch (English is an advantage)
