The Opportunity
This position works out of our Tashkent location in the EPD Division.

What You’ll Do1. Master Data Specialist:

  • Creation and updating of data in 1C and SAP systems (creating new records for vendors, customers, speakers, and regularly updating this information).

  • Uploading documents for approval in the UDA system.

  • Creating OCR Screenings for vendors, customers, and speakers.

2. Procurement Support:

  • Ensuring a smooth procurement process and processing purchase orders. Searching for suppliers, conducting tenders. Maintaining documentation. Monitoring quality and delivery deadlines.

  • Creating, adjusting, and processing purchase requests and purchase orders in the ERP system.

3. Office Administration:

  • Answering and routing phone calls. Greeting visitors.

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Purchasing office supplies (furniture, small household appliances).

  • Office maintenance and resolving various technical issues.

  • Purchasing cleaning supplies.

  • Monthly office procurement (coffee, tea, sweets, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience (office manager, secretary).

  • Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency.

  • Fluent Russian. Uzbek and English are desirable but not mandatory.

Задачи: 1.Master Data Specialist:

  • Создание и обновление данных в системе 1С и SAP (создание новых записей о вендорах, покупателей, спикеров, регулярное обновление этих данных).

  • Pагрузка документов с целью получения одобрения в системе UDA.

  • Создание OCR Screening для вендоров, покупателей, спикеров.

2.Procurement Support:

  • Обеспечение бесперебойного процесса закупок и оформление заказов. Поиск поставщиков, проведение тендера.Ведение документации. Контроль качества и сроков поставки.

  • Создание, корректировка и обработка заявок и заказов на закупку в ERP системе.

3. Офис администрирование:

  • Прием и распределение звонков. Прием посетителей.

  • Работа с исходящей и входящей почтой.

  • Закуп офисного инвентаря (мебель, мелкая бытовая техника).

  • Ремонт офисного помещения, устранение различных неисправностей.

  • Закуп бытовой химии

  • Ежемесячный офисный закуп (кофе, чай, сладости и т.д)

Требования:

  • Наличие похожего опыта работы (на должности офис-менеджера, секретаря).

  • Хорошие знание ПК, програм MS Office.

  • Свободный русский язык. Узбекский и английский - желательно, но необязательно.
