Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business Drive Products Division in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for: - As a Project Manageryou are responsible for executing web application development projects in terms of cost, quality, time & delivery along with monitoring and controlling project execution, identify & manage risks, change management & other Project Management related activities.

• Defining the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule and detailed work allocation.

• Ensure dependency clearance, cross collaboration with resources and teams for smooth execution by adhering to compliances, GDPR, Legal, Privacy terms, Security approvals & latest cybersecure operations for Software development projects

• Executing Projects by coordinating cross teams with the help of Sa Fe, Agile methodologies with value deliverable as product or process by aligning Product management expectations & deliverables w.r.t timelines and delivery

• You shall be able to identify knowledge gaps in team and arrange proper training to develop competencies in collaboration with Line Manager.

• As a Product Owner you will be responsible for understating the requirements- from stakeholders and clearly communicating them to the team members.

• Collaborate with the other global POs in the program team and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog according to agreed rules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• You will be held responsible for maintaining Product Roadmap, vision, strategy aligned, updated & communicating team requirements in terms of features or improvements to delivery team.

Qualifications for the role

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Automation or power electronic engineering from a reputed university.

• Total minimum 12-16 years of experience.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Project Manager/Product Owner/Module Lead/Team Lead/Delivery lead for diverse complex software development project/team.

• Should have sound knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD/VSD), Electrical Motors, sizing, configuration, commissioning and its use cases, applications and working principles.

• Deep understanding of concept of AC, DC, Servo drives and different types of motors.

• Knowledge in PLC automation and engineering is added advantage.

• Experience in Scrum Framework, Agile methodology, Software development lifecycle.

• Excellent in network and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
