We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Hub Spot’s Return On Investment (ROI) in-product experience for customers. Today, measuring value is spread across multiple surfaces, making it difficult for customers to easily understand their value with Hub Spot. We’re working to make this more intuitive and bring about new scalable patterns that can be present in real-time throughout their journey.
This role sits at the heart of that challenge - turning a fragmented system into a cohesive and extensible product that our customers can use with confidence.
As the SPM for ROI, you’ll define the systems and interaction patterns that make understanding value in Hub Spot easy, consistent and trustworthy. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and other product teams to improve core experiences around managing goal data, surfacing progress and impact, and building a framework for ROI that supports deeper engagement through visible customer value.
In this role you’ll get to:

Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of ROI for customers within the Hub Spot product.

You will be a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building products collaboratively and strategically.

Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company

Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
-
Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often. Use customer insights and data to identify pain points and guide iterative improvements to ROI interactions.

Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across Hub Spot to make solutions that help our customers grow

Partner with design and engineering to develop scalable systems for goal management, ROI surfaces and notifications experiences.

Work with other Hub Spot teams to ensure the editor platform is extensible, reliable, and easy to build on.
We are looking for people who have:
-
3+ years of experience launching products successfully to customers
-
Remote friendly, NAM East Coast or Central Timezones

A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs

The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
-
A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others

A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems

Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills. Is a clear communicator and collaborator who can align cross-functional teams around shared goals.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under Hub Spot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in Hub Spot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range:$180,000—$245,000 USD
