This Position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: Onsite (#Li-Onsite) in Richmond, VA.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize 3PL warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring productivity, KPI achievement, and efficient transportation between ABB factories, warehouses, and outbound carriers
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through physical inventory counts, cycle counting, and effective use of warehouse management systems integrated with SAP
• Develop and enforce work instructions, adjust procedures to meet production demands, and drive continuous improvements in equipment, facility processes, and workflow efficiency
• Promote teamwork and operational excellence while overseeing maintenance activities, capacity utilization, and overall service quality within warehouse operations

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience (experience preferred in warehouse operations, supervising others and logistics)
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse required
• Microsoft Office tools, data analysis and reporting skills required
• Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
