This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Order Handling Manager:

Your Role and Responsibilities：

Work model: onsite

• Support all administrative tasks and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Maintain Billing in SAP
• Handle Order Booking, checks, shipment status updates, and payment corrections
• Maintenance of customer information in MDG system; be familiar with the applications associated with processes and actively use the system. Identify and resolve potential issues
• Physically secure and control all company seals (official stamp, contract seal, etc.) Assist internal and external audits by providing complete seal usage records and demonstrating compliance with procedures.

Qualifications for the Role：

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, international trade, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant office experience (sales assistant experience preferred)
• Good English skill for office work
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, solid EXCEL skills
• Experience with MDG system is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Stable, highly motivated, well organized, detail oriented, highly committed, friendly.
• Calm under pressure, especially during urgent or high-volume signing periods.
