This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations.
• Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements.
• Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed.
• Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.

• Qualifications for the role
• Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)
• You have 15 to 18 years of experience in Project Management, Project Operation, Customer Communication, Customer Contract Management, OTD, OT Site activity completion with the help of field service
• Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification will be preferred
• Possess basic knowledge of LV/ MV/ HV Switchgears
• You are at ease communicating with customers and cross-functional teams
