Your Role: Own the Challenge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Motion NEMA Motors Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in your assigned area. You will also demonstrate your expertise by preparing technical product and technology descriptions, determining costs, and delivering final documentation.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion Nema Motors Division in México.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and solutions in response to inquiries from customers, channel partners, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Perform analytical and diagnostic studies to identify the optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
• Develop and maintain new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and ensure the achievement of targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across assigned product groups and relevant countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical experience with electrical and mechanical motors and/or drives
• Previous experience in the electrical or mechanical industry
• Knowledge of NEMA and IEC standards
• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
• Advanced level of English
• Availability for occasional domestic travel
• Valid visa and passport are desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
