Position Overview
Reports to: Sales Manager
As a Sales Representative, you'll take on challenges that transform industries and drive innovation. Your Role
- Be responsible for general industry robot and robot system sales in South China region
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to understand customer requirements
- Coordinate closely with internal sales team, application center and sales support to align solution design with customers' business requirements
- Develop proven record of achieving a collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs and preference
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported
- Demonstrate deep understanding of company sales processes and apply tools in a broad variety of situations to conduct daily work
- Develop new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new robot business via visit prospects within our sales focus specified in the prospect
- Maintain existing business and customers, establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs, meanwhile work for gaining new business opportunities from existing customers
- Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customer's met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automation/machinery or related field
- 5 years working experience in technical sales position
- Foreign invested company experience (desired)
- Experience in develop and manage sales channels (preferred)
- High flexibility (desired)
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative (must)
- Good interpersonal & presentation skill (must)
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
