Role Overview

Reports to: Senior Field Service Engineer

Work Model: #

Location: Nashik, India

Division: Electrification business in Service division

This role offers you the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base to improve system performance and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations
• Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations
• Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams
• Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities

Qualifications

• Immersed in Service function in Switchgear business
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Installation of ABB MV Switchgear (AIS, GIS, RMU, CSS and Retrofit Solutions) for Turnkey Projects
• Hands on experience in Site Management (KO with Customer, Planning for site execution, Installation of Switchgears, closing of site activities)
• Degree in Electrical engineering (full-time)
• Proficient communication in English
