This position reports to: Chapter Leader - Configurator Applications

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the software components in the assigned Software Engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you provide accurate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating good proficiency in software engineering in their own area of competence.

Your Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications that power complex workflows
• Collaborate in Scrum teams, applying design thinking to solve real-world challenges
• Translate business needs into elegant technical solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution
• Be part of a worldwide team of specialists, each bringing unique perspectives and deep technical knowledge
• Directly influence business processes, making them smarter, faster, and more sustainable

Qualifications

Experience:

• 4-9 years' experience with full-stack development
• Strong understanding of client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) components
• Experience in Agile methodologies and concepts

Front-End Development:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS for structuring web content and styling
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for dynamic web interactions
• Good experience with frameworks like ReactJS, Angular

Back-End Development:

• Experience in designing and implementing high-performance web applications using:
• .NET (C#)
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • ASP.NET Core
  • WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase Firestore)
• Knowledge of any CMS (Contentful, Strapi) (Strong plus)

Microservices and REST Services:

• Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs

Azure DevOps:

• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps processes
• Creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of branching strategies and version control

Cloud and Containerization:

• Familiarity with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) architecture
• Understanding of containerization (Docker)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus

Additional Advantages:

• Exposure to other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
• Prior experience working with configurators domain
