Mission Statement

Perform relevant Accounts Receivable tasks as a committed team member to meet the needs of ABB's core business partners and to contribute to provide effective and efficient finance and accounting services related to our customers.

Main Accountabilities

Process

• Perform necessary activities / tasks within the FAO O2C department to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Perform analysis of specific Accounts Receivable accounts on a regular basis and take appropriate action when necessary
• Comply with and help to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates
• Apply ABB Group Accounting standards, compliance to ABB's Accounting and Reporting Guidelines, and local GAAP and compliance with ABB Group Charter
• Actively seek opportunities to improve processes

Customer

• Meet commitments and deliver high quality services to all applicable stakeholders in line with agreed upon service levels
• Commit to professional ownership of service levels
• Commit to and drive customer focus and customer satisfaction to ensure business partners and suppliers are provided the service levels agreed

• Work within the internal control environment for the FAO O2C department
• Support and participate in safety, compliance, business ethics, Group Charter, communications and other related activities

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Having experience preferentially in accounts receivable
• Major in Finance/Accounting
• Good English written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication and commitment
• Priority will be given to those with experience in using AI, python/Power BI/power automate/VBA for data collation, analysis, and programming
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
• Knowledge of German, Spanish, or Korean will be considered an advantage
• Available for short-term assignments abroad

岗位职责

• 及时完成应收账款账务的日常和相关月结事项
• 理解业务逻辑，将财务数据与业务场景结合，运用AI、数据分析工具分析数据，挖掘潜在风险与机会，生成可视化报告
• 参与应收账款相关的项目，改进流程，提高自动化水平
• 及时有效专业地响应业务咨询及协作
• 遵循内控及内外审时间和要求，参与内部控制测试并准备相关文件。支持相关内控及审计准备工作
• 良好有效的沟通，确保所有相关利益相关者了解事务状态和进展，以最大限度地提高客户满意度

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历，专业不限
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟悉运用AI、数据等技术工具实现流程自动化与数据分析
• 有较强的逻辑思维及学习能力、沟通能力和抗压能力
• 具有西班牙语、德语、韩语能力的优先考虑
