This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Responsabilités

Responsable département achats – Robotique France

• Définir la stratégie Achat pour les achats directs de matériel, les achats indirects et les services afin de supporter les objectifs de la l'activité Robotique
• Superviser le sourcing pour répondre à la stratégie du service Achat, piloter l'exécution et la mise en place de cette stratégie au sein du service Achat
• Encadrer localement et hiérarchiquement une équipe d'acheteurs
• Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux fournisseurs (SAP Ariba, MDM, SAP)
• Négocier les termes contractuels et accords-cadres
• Analyser les offres et calculer le coût total de possession
• Participer aux phases avant-ventes et soutenir les équipes appels d'offres
• Suivre la performance fournisseurs (qualité, délais, livraison) et résoudre les problèmes
• Valider les commandes d'achat et assurer le respect des procédures
• Appliquer les exigences Sécurité, Santé et Environnement

Responsable Achats – Région Europe BL Automotive

• Définir et mettre en œuvre, en collaboration avec le responsable Global SCM Automobile, la stratégie SCM pour la région Europe
• Veiller à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques, à l'optimisation des coûts et au maintien de l'efficacité de la chaîne Achat-Logistique pour les matériels directs
• Gérer les projets SCM de la Business Line Automotive en collaboration avec les GSC (Centres d'expertise Globaux) et les équipes locales (y compris la coordination des équipes, la sélection des fournisseurs selon le panel, les appels d'offres et la conduite des négociations)
• Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures Global d'ABB

Profil recherché

Formation: Bac+5 en achats

Langues: Anglais courant impératif et 2ème langue européenne appréciée

Expérience: 5 à 10 ans en négociation, contractualisation et gestion de panel fournisseurs
