About the Role
Reports to: Operations Manager
This role is contributing to the Robotics Engineering Delivery Platform (EDP) Business Line in Mexico.
Work Model: On site. Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop constrained engineering and production plans, material plans, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization—including Sales in Excess (SIE) of invoicing—to improve service levels. Each day, you will assemble and analyze all data required to create constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plans, using rough-cut and detailed capacity planning linked to the demand plan. You will also demonstrate your expertise by optimizing working capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the review process and facilitate planning meetings
- Prepare Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning, identify capacity constraints, and recommend short‑ and long‑term solutions and mitigation plans to eliminate bottlenecks
- Assess the impact of the plan on expected inventory levels, including SIE; monitor WIP; recommend WIP rationalization initiatives; and update the Inventory Checkbook accordingly
- Identify key root causes for deviations from the production plan and implement initiatives to improve adherence
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain and materials planning
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Experience in inventory management
- Advanced English
- Production planning experience is a plus
- Experience in process industrialization is an advantage (Power BI, AI)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
