About the Role
Reports to: Business Manager
- Commercial and Operations
Work model: Hybrid
You will be developing and maintaining ELDS division sales and segments strategy in specified local Indonesian market scope to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope.
Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure execution of divisional sales strategy within the assigned scope to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed
- Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance
- Anticipate and identify shortfalls in performance and take appropriate remedial actions proactively
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determine plans for implementation, and allocate required resources
- Plan and execute customer surveys and act on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in the negotiation of key contracts
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with more than 8 to 10 years of experience within segment sales, end-user sales or solutions sales for several segments
- Strong network within O&G, Mining, Heavy Industry Market
- Proven track record in leading and growing a business within the country
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy
- Strong ability to drive and lead teams internally as well as externally having strong leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and business acumen
