About the Role

This position reports to the Global Product Group Manager. In this role you will be a key member of the Industry & Control Agile Unit and report directly to the Agile Unit Leader. You will work closely with Product Owners and transitionally collaborate with other Agile Units and functions to guarantee business flow continuity.

The Agile Portfolio Manager (APM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of solutions including creating and executing plans to address portfolio gaps. Operational responsibilities include Annual Business Review (ABR)/Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation, developing mid-long-term solutions strategy, and setting related performance targets.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power globally.

Key Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Harmonization of the solutions/product portfolio across agile units, in close collaboration with the Business Line portfolio manager
• Agile operations: Monitor, evaluate and report the annual business planning, definition of performance targets, forecasting volume trends as well as target setting and costs
• Contribute to identify inorganic growth targets, brand labels and help in structuring large initiatives
• Work closely with the Product Owners of various Agile Teams and the relevant Agile Unit Leaders, facilitate alignment with other units
• Be a key stakeholder at sprint reviews to support the Agile Team reaching their goals
• Support continuous improvement, by specifying tools and process to empower teams to take better decisions

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering
• 10 years of experience in product management and/or product development (global or local)
• Sound knowledge of low voltage business, products, and customers
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel 20-25%
• Fluency in English
