Position Overview

Reports to: Service Operations Manager

Work Model: Presencial (Onsite)

Location: Lima, Perú

Tu rol y responsabilidades

En este puesto, tendrás la oportunidad de ejecutar trabajos de servicio de baja a mediana complejidad, de acuerdo con las instrucciones de trabajo y en cumplimiento de los procesos estándar de ABB, los estándares de calidad y las directrices de seguridad.

Cada día, planificarás y ejecutarás el trabajo con un enfoque de hacerlo bien a la primera junto con los clientes. Asimismo, demostrarás tu experiencia mostrando una clara comprensión del sentido de urgencia y del cuidado dentro de tu propia área de responsabilidad.

Serás principalmente responsable de:

• Trabajar con el cliente (durante la atención en sitio) para identificar oportunidades de mejora en sus operaciones y eliminar puntos de dolor
• Realizar tareas de servicio en campo, identificar problemas técnicos y llevar a cabo análisis mediante actividades remotas o presenciales en las categorías de servicio y productos correspondientes
• Preparar las listas de materiales necesarias para las actividades de servicio y asegurar que todos los materiales, repuestos y equipos estén disponibles y cuenten con la calidad adecuada para dichas actividades
• Diagnosticar fallas de equipos o procesos, solicitar acciones correctivas proactivas y realizar recomendaciones para evitar que estos problemas se repitan en el futuro

Calificaciones para el rol

• Formación profesional y colegiado/a en Ingeniería Eléctrica, mecánico eléctrica o carreras afines
• 3 años o más de experiencia en roles afines
• Comunicación fluida en inglés intermedio–avanzado
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y negociación, con capacidad para interactuar con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios
• Conocimiento sólido del portafolio de media y baja tensión, incluyendo equipamiento de potencia y control
• Conocimiento y aplicación de normativas internacionales ANSI e IEC
• Conocimiento deseable de la norma NFPA 70 (NEC)
• Disponibilidad para viajar de manera nacional e internacional
