Your role and responsibilities

Responsible for the injection molding equipment operation and troubleshooting.负责注塑设备操作及故障排除。

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Injection molding equipment operation and troubleshooting. According to the production plan, white/night shift production and complete the specified production quantity of each shift on time. 注塑设备操作及故障排除;依据生产计划，白/夜班倒班生产并按时完成每班所规定的生产数量。
• Strictly implement the production process, ensure the quality of the output parts, reduce the scrap and rework in the production process. 严格执行生产工艺，保证产出零件质量，降低生产过程报废和返工。
• Strictly implement production materials and indirect materials acquisition and transfer process to ensure accurate accounting.严格执行生产物料和间接材料领用和转运流程，保证帐物准确。
• Avoid unsafe behavior in production, and ensure the safety of personnel, molds and equipment in the production site. Fill in the production report accurately and timely for each shift. 避免生产中不安全行为，保证生产场所人员、模具和设备安全。每班准确、及时填写生产报表。

Qualifications for the role:

• Technical secondary school and above, fitter/mechanical major.中专及以上学历，钳工/机械类专业。
• At least 1 year experience in independent injection molding equipment operation. 1年及以上独立注塑设备操作经验。
• Have the ability of spot inspection and maintenance of injection molding equipment. 具备注塑设备点检保养能力。
• Able to read injection molding parts drawings.能看懂注塑零件图纸。
• Familiar with the basic structure of injection mold熟悉注塑模具基本结构。
• Proficient in using calipers, altimeters, projectors and other parts quality inspection tools. 能够熟练使用卡尺、测高仪、投影仪等零件质量检测工具。
• Ability to use general purpose computer office software. 具备使用通用电脑办公软件能力。
