This Position reports to:

The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid}

• Your role and responsibilities
• Daily processing of purchase orders in the SAP system based on purchase requisitions, in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers while resolving any issues,
• Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price,
• Monitoring and managing purchase order confirmations to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain smooth operational flow,
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to foster productive and effective partnerships,
• Tracking received goods to verify accurate delivery and ensuring invoice processing follows established guidelines,
• Identifying and managing risks to minimize impacts on the production schedule,
• Coordinating international transport with approved transport companies and providing necessary documentation for customs clearance in the import process,
• Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues when necessary,
• Applying and implementing procurement standards, tools, and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost efficiency, and sustainability,
• Ensuring integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities and implementing compliance with the ABB Code of Conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes Demonstrating a through understanding of ABB Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concepts, reporting, and risks, while ensuring effective and transparent communication internally, externally, and across different units and centers.
  Qualifications for the role- Bachelor’s Degree from relevant departments,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field Certification in Procurement & Supply Chain (preferred),
• Proficiency in SAP and experience in procurement and supply chain is considered an asset, along with knowledge of the industrial sector, preferably in the electrical industry.
• Fluency in English and Turkish is mandatory
