About the Role
This Position reports to: Sales Manager
The work model for the role is: onsite (#)
This role is contributing to the Motion Sales Team in Greece. You will be responsible for the sales of cutting-edge ABB Drives, Motors, and PLC Products and Solutions in Motion Business. You will work towards meeting both qualitative and quantitative sales targets each day to secure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also apply your knowledge to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build long-standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives for Drives, Motors, and PLC products
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional service and your insight into customer needs and ABB solutions
- Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Providing technical support and best practices for product usage based on customer needs
- Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the wider Sales team
- Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing team
Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Automation)
- More than 2 years of experience in Sales
- Knowledge of Drives, Motors, and PLC products and respective market understanding will be considered an asset
- Proficient Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- SAP and Salesforce experience will be considered a plus
- Proficient in Greek & English Language
- High-level skills in both negotiation and communication
