This Position reports to: Order Management Lead

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

Work model: On-Site

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Focusing on achievement of defined targets, including inventory turn on finished goods, requested on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score
  • Processing orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products
  • Acting as the first port of call for customers' queries and orders and ensuring the resolution of customer issues
  • Supporting in pre-sales or after-sales service by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective and efficient customer communication by utilizing specific commercial communication tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, administrative, or industrial engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Experience in sales order tracking and providing order status updates to clients
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and SAP experience
  • Experience in customer service, handling both internal and external clients
