The High Power Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. The Division's induction, synchronous and special design motors and synchronous generators power critical applications across industry, infrastructure and marine transportation. Combining the best available materials with superior technology, the large motors and generators are designed to operate efficiently and reliably, even for challenging processes or applications and to have low life cycle costs.

Position Information

Reports to: R&D Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Core Technology Development & Simulation Analysis
• Engineering Problem Solving & Technical Support
• Testing and Model Validation
• Technical Specification & Knowledge Management

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in FEA, Dynamics Mechanics, mechanical engineering and related fields
• Proficient with more than one of the listed tools: Abaqus/Ansys
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
• Fluent in written, reading and oral English
