This Position reports to: IS SRC - Assurance Manager

The work model for the role is

This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore and Poland.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will be providing subject matter expertise across the end-to-end deficiency and audit management processes. Leveraging your deep IT controls and SAP expertise, you will be addressing complex compliance and technical risks within a multifaceted SAP environment ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on timely and effective remediation of SAP related IS control deficiencies.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coordinates and oversees IS deficiency and audit management activities across business areas and IS functions, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and audit expectations
• Drives end-to-end deficiency lifecycle management, from identification and classification to remediation and closure
• Plans and coordinates audits with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution across Business Areas, Core IS functions, and countries
• Provides subject matter expertise in SAP ERP and supporting modules (Basis, Security, ECC, HANA, GRC, CPI, Solution Manager), including SAP security and compliance frameworks
• Conducts ITGC assessments in SAP, collaborate with cross-functional teams to remediate findings, and recommend best practices for control execution

Qualifications for the Role

• Master's or bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in IT audit, IT control operations, IT compliance, IT risk management; SAP compliance, SAP audit or SAP controls
• Ability to understand regulations and legislations and the impact on IT
• Professional qualification equivalent to CISA/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC (Enterprise IT risk management certifications) preferred
• Good Communication skills
