This role is contributing to the Electrification/Smart Power/Breakers & Enclosure in Garbagnate Monastero.

Responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Lead and actively contribute to R&D projects, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and project objectives
  • Develop and optimize mechanical designs (2D and 3D) for Low Voltage Enclosures, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with technical specifications
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support industrialization processes, ensuring smooth implementation of new products and design modifications
  • Define and validate material requirements, oversee creation of Material Master Data, and ensure accurate Bills of Materials for all product designs

Our team dynamics are based on the Agile Methodology. You will join a collaborative, dynamic and result-driven team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in 2D/3D CAD design; experience with Catia V5 and Creo 8.0 (including sheet metal package) of at least 2/3 years
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and reporting
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership for delivering results
  • Demonstrated experience in leading tasks and collaborating effectively within dynamic, cross-functional teams
