Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in San Luis Potosi.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating drawings for manufacturing assemblies and purchased parts.

• Creating Bills of Materials and selecting adequate Mechanical Equipment and manufacturing processes.

• Assisting the proposals team in technical questions and the production team in the shop floor for the manufacturing of their projects.

• Assisting customers in questions/comments regarding the product.

• Qualifications for the role

• Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (desirable), Electro-mechanical, Mechanical administrator or Manufacturing engineer.

• 3+ yrs experience in mechanical 3D design in AutoCAD and Solidworks.

• ERP experience SAP or similar

• Advanced English

• Experience in Recloser products (desirable)
