This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Position Details

Reports to: Senior Finance Manager

Work model: Onsite

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for month-end closing and complete ABACUS report, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
• Ensure high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules and Accounting & Reporting policy
• Complete daily business accounting entry with high quality, like HR related entry, defer tax and income tax calculations, fixed asset operation and so on
• Assist local business in analyzing data, providing solution suggestions, and solving problems
• Follow internal control requirements, control risks, and complete relevant IPE operations
• Collaborate with external audit, local business, P2P&O2C function, Tax function to complete statutory report each year
• Perform other jobs/projects and complete related testing as required

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administration
• 1-2 year job experience at finance and accounting position in manufacturing and trading company
• MNC preferred
• Good in written and verbal communication in English
• High attention to detail, accuracy, internal control improvements
• Experience in SAP/Good Excel/BI/PPT/Power BI/AI Skill
• Strong data sensitivity, clear logical reasoning in calculations
• Positive mindset, quick learner, patient and good interpersonal skills
• Result orientation and customer focused
