About the Role

This position reports to the Tax Manager and is a temporary assignment for at least one year. The work model for the role is hybrid.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of Tax activities. This will involve close collaboration with the Hub Tax Operations team, Corporate function Tax, third-party providers and Tax Authorities.

Responsibilities

Operational Indirect Tax

• Managing operational indirect tax
• Submit VAT returns and EC Sales list (VIES return)
• Manage Tax Reclaim and Intrastat

Other Taxes

• Managing Other Taxes incl. DAC-6, CbCR, environmental taxes, property taxes, other foreign taxes and similar taxes

Operational Direct Tax

• Managing operational direct tax
• WHT Reporting
• CIT Tax return
• Preparation, Filing, and Tax Payment process

Additional Support

• Supporting tax audit and litigation, retrieve and review required information

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in tax and/or accounting
• University degree in finance or accounting
• Experience in multi-national environment is a plus (incl. Shared Services Centers)
• Experience in SAP will be considered as an advantage
• Analytical skills
• Fluent in English
