Sales Representative – Energy Efficiency & Digital Solutions

This position reports to the Local Division Manager and contributes to the Motion Service Division (MOSE) in México. The work model for this role is Hybrid.
You will be responsible for implementing the defined energy efficiency and digital sales strategy within your assigned market scope, strengthening ABB's market penetration while helping customers achieve their sustainability and cost‑reduction goals. You will execute initiatives that combine digitalization and energy optimization—including high‑efficiency motors, variable speed drives, and digital monitoring solutions—to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets. Your contribution will support sustainable growth in orders, revenue, margins, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in expanding ABB's energy efficiency and digital customer base.
Main stakeholders are industrial customers, sustainability leaders, internal service teams, and global product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell digital and energy efficiency solutions, ensuring achievement of volume, mix, and profitability targets for the assigned divisions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including engagement with customers' digital and sustainability stakeholders, to understand needs and deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure a positive end‑to‑end customer experience, clearly communicating the value of energy optimization and digitalization
- Develop and execute sales plans using ABB‑approved tools, incorporating strategies for energy efficiency and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in service sales or account management, preferably in electrical motors, drives, or industrial automation
- Strong expertise in digitalization, energy efficiency solutions, and service sales strategies within the motors and drives industry
- Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, Installed Base (IB) databases, and digital service platforms
- Strong customer orientation with passion for sustainability, innovation, and strategic thinking
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
