About the Role
This Position reports to: Project Operations Manager
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the E&I Contracting Business/Automation Energy division in Thailand. Main stakeholders are Refinery sector.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead all on-site activities of medium to large projects. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the site team, defining main guidelines, and allocating tasks.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements
- Ensuring all site activities are executed as per schedule, reviewing periodic reports, and ensuring timely handover of work areas from customer
- Serving as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations such as authorities and suppliers to ensuring their active support of field activities
- Closing all punch list, handover of installed equipment, as-built documentation, material reconciliation, site de-mobilization, etc., and receiving the final certification from customer
Qualifications
- Highly skilled in E&I site construction management in refinery and petrochemical industry
- Experience in site management of more than 10 years
- Degree in Electrical and Instrument engineering or related field
- Proficient in communicating in English
- Current SIC (Site In Charge) certification
- Risk Management certification is an advantage
