Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

As a Global Early Talent Program Trainee for Product Marketing Specialist, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in product marketing.

For this particular position, you will be working within the Electrification Business Area team in Santiago, Chile.

The program is made up of three assignments in different roles:

• One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.

• One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.

• One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Delivering technical product presentations and conducting training sessions for internal teams and customers

• Providing technical support to the sales team and responding to customer inquiries

• Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial offers

• Coordinating and interacting with the factory to address technical requirements and product-related topics

Qualifications For The Role

• You are a recent graduate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

• You may have professional experience in electrical protections or electrical power systems.

• You must be able to communicate fluently in English, as well as Spanish. Other languages are a plus.

• You can work with the standard MS Office package.

• You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas.
