Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for local import/export operations. Each day, you will supervise performance of customs brokers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Business Area.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) and positive customer experience throughout the entire process

• Ensures the Logistics processes – preparation of needed documentation for deliveries in EU and non-EU countries in compliance with local and international legislation

• Maintains all needed settings and parameters in Sales and Distribution module in SAP

• Prepares and analyzes regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant information

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor´s degree

• You are qualified in Customer Service, Order Handling or in Logistics is an advantage

• Extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and SAP

• You are at ease communicating in English

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in international manufacturing company

• You are passionate about working in a team environment
