Therefore, we are consolidating our internal services into a world-class organization, with the largest center located in Krakow.

The Operational Fleet Team serves several countries with fleet management services. To strengthen our Operational Fleet team, we are looking for a Fleet Intern with fluency in English language and hands-on experience working in Fleet Management/Procurement. German language would be beneficial to perform daily duties, but it is not necessary. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our Fleet Team and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

Tasks:

• Play a vital role in the Fleet Operational Team in Cracow;

• Provide on a high service level the Businesses with the requested proactive Operational Fleet Management services according to the local car policy or local guidelines;

• Closely collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders;

• Handle all contractual services including the operations, administrative functions, information systems and products purchasing;

• Process invoice resolution in SAP system;

• Data analyses, using MS Excel tool;

• Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm;

• Reporting Line: Fleet Team Lead;

• Supports the overall direction of the Company's car fleet programs including design, implementation, communication, and administration;

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools like MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook

• Proficient in business English (B2/C1) ; German preferrable but not necessary

• Student’s status

• Excellent communication skills and team work spirit

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

• Customer focus with proactive attitude

• Service-oriented

• Organizational and prioritization skills

• Analytical, pro-active, flexible, stress resistant, structurally organized

• Hands-on experience working with SAP (purchasing module) would be a strong plus

• Experience in procurement area would be a strong plus

• Hybrid work model, obligatory 2 days per week in the office
