Position Overview
Reports to: IS Service Owner-Order Management & e-comm
Work Model: Hybrid
This role is part of the Electrification Distribution Solution IS department responsible for IS projects and application. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager who will support the domain responsible for E-commerce, order management and Pricing projects.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define a planning strategy that includes a full list of activities that are important for the management of project, to decide on a project delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, etc.), and to align with stakeholders. Each day, you will plan, schedule, coordinate, and deliver the Information Systems (IS) project outcomes within agreed time, scope, cost, and agreed quality. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support and effectively managing stakeholders' expectations and relationships.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Ensuring successful completion of IS projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Project Definition & Governance: Establishing clear project scope, objectives, governance structure, and resource plans in alignment with stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Maintaining full accountability for project financials, including cost control, invoicing, and cash flow management.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while capturing opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with project results.
- Compliance & Methodology: Guaranteeing adherence to internal directives, quality standards, safety requirements, and recognized project management methodologies.
- Performance Reporting: Providing accurate and timely reporting on project progress, performance, and business impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Capturing lessons learned and driving improvements in project management practices for future initiatives.
- Business Value Realization: Ensuring projects deliver intended business benefits and contribute to strategic objective.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of end-to-end IS/IT project management experience delivering complex application projects.
- Leading projects in Ecommerce, Order Management, and Pricing domains will be a plus.
- Strong governance and delivery skills across Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.
- Proven financial control (budgeting, cost control, forecasting) and vendor management.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps, PowerPoint/Excel, Share Point.
- PMP/PRINCE2, Agile certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English.
