Your Role and Responsibilities

In your function as a project manager in the field of Medium Voltage Service, you are responsible for the planning, execution and completion of projects as well as market-appropriate quotation preparation. In this context, you will work intensively with the Sales, Engineering and Field Service departments. You are primarily responsible for:

• Close collaboration with Sales in the development of service projects and preparation of market-appropriate quotations for our customers
• Independent and self-responsible handling of customer orders from order acceptance to customer handover and revenue recognition, as well as order clarification with the customer, sales and specialist departments
• Coordination of all project-involved specialist departments while adhering to cost and deadline targets
• Assessment and monitoring of order risks and active management of claims
• Participation in the selection of products according to the technical and contractual framework as well as in the awarding of external services
• Preparation of order progress reporting for the department management
• Implementation of increases together with Sales and review of critical reductions
• Planning, support and technical management of deployed Field Service and commissioning personnel on site
• Coordination of contract-compliant handover of final documentation and preparation of project closure meeting including associated project closure reports

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Energy Technology or alternatively a Master/Technician qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of project management
• Technical expertise in the field of Medium Voltage switchgear
• Willingness to make national and international customer visits as part of project support, including on construction sites, is self-evident and flexible for you to handle
• German and English fluent in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of Engineering and SAP is advantageous
