Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the strategic targeting and sales of flow meters in the Oil & Gas sector across the United States. Drive ABB's market presence through technical expertise and exceptional customer engagement.

The work model for the role is:

Remote with preferred living location in TX, OK, NM or CO. The position requires up to 30% - 50% travel to customer locations.

This role is contributing to the sales of ABB flow instrumentation in the Oil and Gas Sector across the US.You will be mainly accountable for:

• Present fit-for-purpose ABB flow meter technologies (Magnetic, Coriolis, Vortex, Thermal Mass) tailored to customer applications

• Ensures the major Flow Measurement accounts in the US are identified and prioritized. May act as Account Manager for Automation accounts in conjunction with the local Account Manager and possibly for accounts across the country and around the world.

• Responsible for achieving key targets (e.g. volume, price, and mix) for flow measurement solutions in the US. Create detailed business plans, implements with regular follow-up.

• Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments for the strategy and plans accordingly to meet changing market and competitive landscapes. Provides appropriate market information for long- to mid-term decision making.

Qualifications for the Role:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ Years of Experience or Associate's Degree/High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years’ relevant experience

• 7+ years of experience in measurement and analytical industry ***required,*flow measurement experience stronglypreferred

• Ability to develop and implement structured sales processes and strategies that improve efficiency and lead to winning team; obsessive focus on end users and customers’ wants, needs, goals and objectives

• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time depending on home location and customer targets and project / EPC offices for main targeted areas.
