About the Role
Reports to: Technical Support Manager
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: Burgos, Spain
This role is contributing to the Product Line Autonomous Mobile Robots. Main stakeholders are Project Engineering, R&D and Portfolio & Product department.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience.
Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Providing Level 3 technical support for internal customers such as Sales, Project Execution, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing, and Service
- Resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to improve product reliability
- Displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility and knowing how to communicate with stakeholders
- Taking actions to identify new business opportunities or training needs for the organization

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in software development/improvement
- Enhanced knowledge of software development tools
- Passionate about problem solving, innovation and customer service
- Degree or vocational training in Software Engineering, Software application development or related field
- Fluent in English and Spanish
