The Warehouse/Internal Logistics Specialist executes warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods, supporting the efficient, accurate, and safe movement of materials. This role performs daily operational tasks, maintains data accuracy, and contributes to process improvements to support reliable, high-quality logistics performance across the organization.
The work model for the role is: Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executing daily warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate inbound and outbound material handling.

• Follow and apply warehouse procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational control

• Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase operational efficiency, and boost performance

• Participating in regular inventory control processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field is preferred

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or internal logistics

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce

• Experience working with 3PL providers is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholder, and maintain operations performance
