This Position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager - Configuration
As a sales technical support specialist in the Low Voltage Electrical Company's pre-sales quotation department, you will be responsible for software requirements management for departmental quotation scenarios, complete sorting out, integration, and standardized output of departmental AI requirements, coordinating with external software design companies to drive the design and development of quotation software and AI functional modules that align with departmental business needs, ultimately supporting the improvement of departmental quotation efficiency and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- Collect business requirements and pain points of the low voltage pre-sales quotation department through interviews, surveys and other methods, analyze existing processes and transform them into clear functional requirement documents
- Act as a communication bridge between internal business teams and external software companies, accurately convey requirements, coordinate development progress, and ensure mutual understanding between both parties
- Organize system testing and user acceptance, ensure software meets the actual needs of the quotation department, and continuously collect feedback to drive optimization and improvement
- Organize and prepare requirements specification documents, functional lists, and acceptance criteria for the quotation system, ensuring requirements are complete and accurate
- Communicate regularly with external software design companies, track project progress, and coordinate to resolve issues and requirement changes during the development process
- Responsible for system functional acceptance testing, assist with user training and system launch, collect user feedback and drive subsequent optimization
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical Automation or Computer Science and Technology related fields
Experience:
- One year of software-related work experience in the electrical industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Electrical Automation major with software programming skills will be given priority
- Computer Science and Technology major with the following skills:
- Proficient in Python programming language
- Skilled in mainstream machine learning/deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow and Py Torch
- Capable of adapting to the high-dimensional and strongly correlated characteristics of electrical data
- Proficient in data processing tools (Pandas, Num Py, etc.), with practical capabilities in data cleaning, feature engineering, and visualization
- Strong technical documentation writing skills
- Familiar with API interface development, capable of meeting data integration requirements with electrical enterprise systems such as SAP
- Proficient in using Power BI software
