Position Details

Reports to: Regional Managing Director (a.i.) & FOM

About the Role

Le Contrôleur de gestion est responsable de l'analyse de la performance financière, de la préparation des budgets et des rapports, ainsi que du soutien à la Direction dans la prise de décision grâce à des analyses précises et pertinentes.

Missions principales

• Analyser la performance financière et proposer des actions correctives
• Valider les écritures comptables
• Préparer les budgets, prévisions et rapports financiers
• Réaliser des analyses de coûts et suivre les écarts par rapport aux objectifs
• Effectuer des contrôles pour garantir la fiabilité des données et la conformité des processus
• Produire des rapports et recommandations à destination de la direction
• Optimiser les outils et processus afin d'améliorer la productivité
• Capacité à exécuter les opérations financières locales et à assurer la conformité aux réglementations locales

Qualifications

• Diplôme de niveau Master en Finance, Contrôle de Gestion ou équivalent
• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en analyse financière et suivi budgétaire
• Maîtrise de SAP Finance ; la connaissance de CFIN et SAP S/4HANA est un atout majeur
• Anglais courant
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
