Position Overview

Reports to: Quality Control Manager

Main Accountabilities

• Plan the quality control of Electrical and electronic component in supplier site and internal process, including reliability tests
• Failure analysis of electrical and electronic components for product, process and incoming inspection, and push suppliers improvement
• Assist in the failure analysis of electrical and electronic components for customer complaints, and promote the improvement of the entire manufacturing chain and design optimization
• Statistics and analysis of quality information on incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and customer complaints of electrical and electronic components, and application of quality methodologies to promote improvements by all parties

主要职责

• 策划电气电子零件在供应商端和内部的质量控制，包括可靠性试验
• 产品、过程和进料检验电气电子零件失效分析，推动供应商改善
• 协助进行客诉电气电子元件失效分析，推动整个制造链改善及设计优化
• 电气电子零件进料/制程/客诉质量信息统计和分析，运用质量方法论推动各方改善

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Power electronics, Automation, Mechatronics etc.
• At least 3 years related experience in Power electronics industry
• Proficient in power electronics theory and related power electronics topology
• Can be able to understand circuit schematic diagrams and layout diagrams, EMC experience is preferred
• Experience in project management of electronic product development is preferred
• Strong practical ability and clear logical thinking
• Proficient in using electronic analysis equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and programmable power supplies
• Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
• Good English reading and writing, can communicate with foreigners in oral English

知识，技能，经验

• 本科及以上学历，电力电子，自动化，机电一体化等专业
• 3年以上电力电子（制造）行业相关经验
• 精通电力电子理论及相关电力电子拓扑，能看懂电路原理图与layout图，有EMC相关经验者优先
• 有电子类产品研发项目管理或产品导入生产项目管理经验优先
• 实践动手能力强，逻辑思维清晰，熟练使用如万用表，示波器，可编程电源等电子分析设备
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队内合作意识
• 英语读写良好，能与外国人进行口语沟通
