Position Overview
Reports to: Obchodní manažer
Work model: Hybrid
Location: Ústecký, Karlovarský, Plzeňský, Jihočeský, Středočeský region, Praha
This position is part of the Sales & Marketing organizational unit of the Electrification division. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Representative for the OEM segment.
Your Role and Responsibilities
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Care for existing OEM customers in the assigned region
- Identifying new business opportunities with machine and equipment manufacturers
- Monitoring market competition, tracking trends, and contributing to the development and implementation of the regional sales strategy
- Providing marketing support to customers
- Participating in trade fairs and exhibition events
- Training customers on new products and organizing seminars
- Building a strong brand reputation leading to increased sales
Qualifications for the Role
- Secondary or university education in electrical engineering
- Experience in sales of electrical installation materials
- Experience in selling to machine and equipment manufacturers is an advantage
- Independence, strong commercial mindset, proactive approach, customer and results orientation
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
- Fluency in Czech language
