This Position reports to: Service Team Leader
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your skill in customer service by ensuring customer retention through delivering high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide hardware support through ticketing system, via phone or Email
- Support partners and subsidiaries through the 24x7 rotation Diagnostic Centre tasks
- Elaborate complex UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) system analysis and document it adequately for interested stakeholders
- Occasional travelling to direct customers, partners and ABB subsidiaries to support complex installation, audit service operations and grow the competencies of local teams
- Interact with other departments, such as Quality and R&D, to address product issues and carry-on continuous product improvement
- Provide training on UPS products for customers & UPS service engineers as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or higher study degree, ideally with UPS or technical aftersales support experience
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication in English (B2 or higher) and Italian
- Knowledge of any other European language is welcome
- Ability to write technical documents, reports, and procedures for field support
- Good familiarity with MS Office package
- Organized and methodical, with prominent level of technical proficiency and effective interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide—travel commitment up to 15%
