This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for Soft Bank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to: Channel Manager
Responsibilities
Support to Department Manager
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and conducting data collection, consolidation, and basic research to support decision-making and reporting.
- Organize internal meeting, and support external channel meetings, channel conference, channel training and workshops, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes as required.
- Support annual channel partner's training certification work. The organization of training and the calculation of examination results
- Support the data analysis required for channel supervisors to visit partners
- Document preparation, stamping and daily communication for the renewal, new signing and termination of all channel partners
- Draft and distribute department internal notices and official correspondences, etc.
Office Administration
- Provide logistics support
- Data collaboration, financial data organization, monthly/weekly report submission
- Serve as the site owner for department Share Point site, managing user access and permissions.
- Act as contact window, to liaise with company Marcomm, Admin, HSE, labor union, etc.
Commercial Support
- Support daily channel commercial process, including contract chop management, and documents checking & stamping.
- Support Iprocess system, SFDC, channel management system, data organization.
- Input, output and organize the related data from all of the system.
- Submit the channel data analysis form to manager regularly.
Additional Duties
- Perform other business-related tasks assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Administration, or other related majors.
- Over 5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company.
- Good English language skills in both written and spoken.
- Team player with a high standard of integrity, self-motivation, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Able to be an effective contributor when working in a multi-cultural team environment.
