This Position reports to: Sales Support Manager

You will be a part of an 24-month rotational program. Two different rotations focused on developing sales, marketing and leaderships skills and ABB product knowledge within the Installation Products division. The brands end-users and installers know and trust. With a long-standing reputation for innovation and safety, our products are standards in the electrical industry and trusted by engineers, contractors, electricians and installers across Canada and around the world. Our product offering is one of the most comprehensive in the industry, including over 45 recognized brand names and 200,000 products.

You will attend June orientation with all other Discovery Program participants. This global programming is designed for early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. You will have a dedicated program manager to coach you throughout your journey.

Your Role

  • Own the Challenge
  • Learn about yourself and ABB's global business
  • Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help you develop technical and leadership skills
  • Aspire to achieve career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities, including but not limited to webinars
  • Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment

Qualifications

  • Completed university studies before the start of the program
  • Maximum two years of professional work experience by the start date
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must already have a work authorization that would permit you to work for ABB in Canada and must be available to travel to any of our Canadian sites
