About the Role

This Position reports to: Service Operations Manager

Internship Administration/Finance in the operations department of ABB Electrification Services (FP DUAL)

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks:

• Collaborate and provide support in document management and internal/external communications within the company's information systems
• Collaborate and provide support in the development of technical work instructions and procedures
• Learn the management and control of LV/MV circuit breaker repairs
• Learn and provide support in the purchasing process
• Learn and provide support in spare parts management and inventory control
• Learn and provide support in maintaining the item master data in SAP
• Support and assist with the implementation of the GID in SAP

Qualifications for the Role

Education: CFGS students in Administration and management; finance

Languages: English level B1-B2

Additional knowledge: Microsoft Office
